How can I place an order ?
It is very simple ! After selecting the product you would like to buy simply add it to your cart. Once done, you can view your cart and proceed to checkout. At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your personal details (name, surname , email , phone number etc.) and address details. If you have a coupon code, you can enter the coupon code and the discount will be reflected on your cart immediately. You will then be required to select the payment option. Following your payment, your order will be processed and it will be shipped to you once made ready.
Do I have to become a member to place an order ?
No you can also checkout as a guest. But we do recommend you to become a member so you can receive new deals, coupons regularly to your inbox.
Can I place an order by phone or email ?
For security reasons, we only accept orders from our website. If you have any problems / issues placing your order, please contact us via whatsapp and we would be more than happy to assist you.
Is paying online secure ?
I have received a gift card from a friend/family member , how can I use it on your site ?

How long does it take for my order to be sent ?
All our metal and canvas artworks are made to order and carefully assembled after receiving your order. Depending on your location, it may take around 5-9 business days (average is 7 days) for you to receive your order. Any issues with your order ?
Even though we do our best to keep our successful delivery rate of above 96-98% , issues rarely occur and we are always here to fix them as quickly as possible. All you need to do is to notify us together with supporting photos of the product and the boxes it has arrived in. For any damaged artwork, wrong image, or incorrect size artwork we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
